Do I need to install anything on my devices?+
No. EOL Tracking is agentless by design. You register assets manually with their vendor-published end-of-life dates. Nothing touches your network.
What counts as a "Warning" status?+
Any asset whose end-of-life date is within your warning window (180 days by default), adjustable in Settings. Past the date it flips to Expired; everything else is Good.
How do I get notified?+
By email digest, and straight into Slack or Microsoft Teams via an incoming webhook. Each alert is sent once, and you can snooze an asset you have already handled so it stops nagging.
Can I import my existing asset list?+
Yes. Paste or upload a CSV, or a NetBox export, and we import your fleet in one go. You can export back to CSV any time for reporting or audits.
Can I cancel whenever I want?+
Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe, and the self-serve portal lets you cancel, switch plans, or download invoices at any time. No emails, no phone calls.
Can I download my invoices?+
Yes. Every payment generates an invoice you can download as a PDF straight from the Invoices page in your account. They are also available in the Stripe billing portal.
Is there a limit on the number of assets?+
The Free plan tracks up to 5 assets. The Monthly and Annual plans are unlimited, so you track ten laptops or ten thousand servers for the same price.
